GLU

Presently we are supplying to many automatic and manual corrugated plants in India and abroad as well.

Currently, we supply our products to numerous automatic and manual corrugated plants both domestically in India and internationally. Our manufacturing process strictly adheres to high-quality standards to ensure consistent properties across various types, including:

  • Low solids & Medium viscosity
  • High/Medium solids and Low viscosity
  • High solids and High viscosity

Our products enhance dry strength as measured by PIN adhesion test, Edge, crush & Compression. We offer special qualities with moisture/water resistance and high moisture control, ideal for packaging fruits, vegetables, flowers, etc., and suitable for high-speed corrugated lines.

We prioritize key adhesive fundamentals such as viscosity, solid content, pH, and gel temperature. Our product range includes Corrugation Adhesives, Starch-based Adhesives, Pasting Adhesives, Modified Starches, Paper tube Adhesives, Corrugated board Adhesives, Adhesives for High-Speed Corrugation, and Adhesives for High-Speed Flute Laminators.

Corrugation Adhesive (Semi-Automatic):

Our Corrugation Powders range ensures exceptional bonding and 100% fiber tear, facilitating the achievement of theoretical Burst Strength (B/S) and Gross Strength (GS) for specific paper combinations. These products exhibit consistent viscosity and initial tack, enabling smooth processing of boards without interruption. With rapid setting properties, these adhesives expedite further board processing while being energy-efficient, either by reducing heating requirements or by enhancing mechanical speed compatibility. They remain free from separation and eliminate the need for circulation. Even at temperatures up to 60 degrees in the tray, the adhesive maintains consistent performance without thickening or thinning.

Pasting Adhesive (Semi – Auto)

These products are manufactured under controlled conditions to ensure consistency. Each grade offers a standard viscosity, ensuring ease of use under typical conditions. The recommended application rate is approximately 40 grams per square meter, and optimal curing occurs in less than half an hour. The shelf life of the prepared glue exceeds 30 days. The adhesive sets rapidly, chemically expelling moisture from the substrate. However, drying speed can be adjusted as needed. Our product range is extensive, allowing customers to select the grade that best suits their specific requirements.

High speed Corrugation for Auto plant

Maintaining consistent viscosity is essential for the efficient operation of an Auto Plant. The viscosity of Corrugation Adhesive must remain stable both in the mixing tank during preparation and in the tray during operation. Any viscosity decrease due to circulation should be minimal, typically within the range of 10-15%. Our Corrugation Powder for auto plants is formulated using a combination of modified and unmodified Maize Starch, ensuring customers receive a highly consistent product. This single-grade adhesive can be utilized for both Single Facer and Double Backer applications. While there may be a slight viscosity decrease in the Single Facer, the viscosity remains unchanged at the Double Backer stage.

Flute laminator

We offer a diverse range of products designed specifically for high-speed, automatic flute lamination machines, enabling the coupling of various types of duplex boards to corrugated flutes. Our synthetic adhesives excel in moisture control within laminated substrates while delivering impressive flexibility and robust bond strength.

Dextrine

For paper tubes requiring lower GSM kraft, we utilize Dextrine. Machine speeds are contingent upon the thickness of the core/tube and the model of the spiral winding machine, typically ranging from 5 to 100 linear meters per minute. Core strength (CS) is a crucial quality parameter for paper cores/tubes, and lower compression strength can stem from various factors, with suboptimal lamination of kraft layers being a common culprit. Besides Ply Bond, COBB, and spiral winding machine specifications, adhesives play a pivotal role in determining CS. Our adhesives, formulated with Dextrins and high concentrations of Caustic, are exceptionally tacky, ideal for challenging paper substrates. They boast excellent drying characteristics, contributing to enhanced CS.
